I was sorry to hear of the passing of Eydie Gorme today. Steve and Eydie have the distinction of being the first LP record my family owned. It was included with the new Westinghouse record player my Grandfather bought. This song is one of my favorites from that album.
Unfortunately, I could not find their version by itself on YouTube, but I did find this one with 3 different versions of the song and I find I enjoyed all three.

I also found this great version of the song by the Benny Goodman Quartet (Sextet?) on a 78 RPM record.

I'm a transgender woman who has loved music for as long as she can remember. My earliest memories are of sitting or laying on the floor and listening to 45's and 78's. Music is and has been the essential part of my life. I started this blog in 2011 in an attempt to create a list of my favorite music. In April of 2015, when I started my transition to becoming Rachel, I created a new blog to continue the effort: http://rachels-vital-music.blogspot.com/
