"Sound Off - No. 2 (The Duckworth Chant)" by Homer & Jethro

Had the funky MS legs thing happen again early this morning (see my Feb. 18th post).  Didn't last as long, but still plenty frightening.  It is curious that I ate cod both nights...  I thought before maybe it cooking grease might be a problem, but this time the fish was baked.

I was listening to the "Homer & Jethro Strike Back" album and enjoyed hearing this song.

"Going Nowhere Somehow" - White Town

Me at the Women's March in Las Vegas 21-Jan-2018

Rachel update 20-Apr-2018: added photo and above and some info on this White Town album:

This was a great album and everyone was talking about how it was made with an old Tascam 4-track recorder and an Atari.

"Pretty Girl Why" by Buffalo Springfield

WTF?!?!!  I cannot believe that I can't find this song on my blog.  I was absolutely, 100% certain that I already posted this song.  Is somebody deleting them??  This is such a great song, I'm sure I posted it last year when I was playing the Buffalo Springfield double album.

"Pure Love" by Ronnie Milsap

My"Best of All #86" cassette tape

This is me (now Rachel) writing this post almost 5 years in the future (7-Feb-2020) from this date.  At random, I pulled the above cassette ("Best of All #86") out of a box.  I decided I should log the songs on it as I listened to it.  This is a fun song I had forgotten about.

I loved Cap', Crunch... those were the days!  ;)
