I'm a transgender woman who has loved music for as long as she can remember. My earliest memories are of sitting or laying on the floor and listening to 45's and 78's. Music is and has been the essential part of my life.

"Close to You" by Carpenters
I have to say that this song did get worn out, but I still remember playing the 45 over and over. They look so young in this video... but then I was young then too.
